- Step 1: Visit eCitizen website
To disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on eCitizen account, you first need to visit eCitizen website using https://accounts.ecitizen.go.ke/
- Step 2: Click on Sign in
Once you are on eCitizen website, on the top menu click on “Sign In” button.
